Refund and Cancellation
Once a campaign is live or a reward has been redeemed, transactions are final and non-refundable. If you believe there’s been an error (for example, duplicate redemption or technical glitch), reach out to us at itsmeringoo@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll review your case and work with the brand partner to make things right. Note: meringoo operates as a reward-based platform: coins, redemptions, or perks have no cash value and can’t be refunded or transferred.
Shipping
For rewards that involve physical deliveries (like product samples or brand hampers), shipping timelines and policies are managed directly by our partner brands. You’ll receive tracking updates once your reward is dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on your location and brand fulfillment schedules. If your shipment hasn’t arrived after the estimated window, contact the brand directly through their profile page or email us at itsmeringoo@gmail.com and we’ll help coordinate a resolution.
