These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meringoo’s website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

meringoo is a community-commerce platform that enables users (“Users” or “Fans”) to engage with brands (“Brand Partners”) through campaigns, polls, and challenges — and earn coins, discounts, or rewards in return for participation.

Each Brand Partner operates its own storefront and manages its own rewards, shipping, and fulfillment.
Meringoo facilitates this engagement layer but does not directly sell, ship, or manufacture any products.

2. Eligibility

To use meringoo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region),

Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and

Use the platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

By using meringoo, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information,

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

meringoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or show fraudulent behavior.

4. Community Conduct

Meringoo is built on trust, creativity, and collaboration.
When participating in campaigns or community spaces, you agree not to:

Post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content,

Misuse the reward or coin systems,

Attempt to interfere with or hack the platform,

Impersonate other users or brands.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Brand Campaigns & Rewards

Brands on meringoo may host campaigns, polls, or activities where users earn coins or rewards for participation.

Coins & Rewards: Coins have no monetary or cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside meringoo.

Redemptions: Rewards are subject to availability and individual brand terms.

Disqualification: Fraudulent or duplicate entries may be revoked at meringoo’s discretion.

Expiry: Coins and rewards may have expiration dates — check the campaign details.

meringoo is not liable for any disputes between users and brands regarding redemptions, coupons, or discounts.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since meringoo facilitates community-driven campaigns and not direct product sales, refunds and cancellations are handled by each participating brand.

However:

Once coins are redeemed for a reward, the transaction is final.

If a technical error causes duplicate redemptions or failed claims, contact itsmeringoo@gmail.com
within 7 days for review.

meringoo may coordinate with brands to correct issues but does not guarantee refunds for purchases made outside our platform.

Note: Coins and community rewards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

7. Shipping & Delivery

For physical rewards (e.g., product hampers, brand gifts):

Shipping is managed directly by the brand.

You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery timelines depend on brand fulfillment and location.

If a shipment is delayed or damaged, please contact the brand directly or email support@meringoo.com
for assistance.

meringoo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments handled by third-party couriers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and platform features (including text, graphics, software, and code) are the intellectual property of Flipturn Labs Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of Meringoo without prior written permission.

Use our brand name, logo, or visuals for commercial purposes without consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (poll responses, posts, reviews, etc.) on meringoo:

You grant meringoo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for brand campaigns, marketing, or analytics.

You retain ownership of your content, but meringoo may remove it at any time if it violates community guidelines or laws.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

meringoo provides its Services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of any brand-provided information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

meringoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

All brand offers, discounts, and redemptions are the responsibility of the respective brands.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Meringoo at any time for:

Violations of these Terms,

Fraudulent or abusive behavior, or

Legal or operational reasons.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipturn Labs Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your:

Use of the Services,

Violation of these Terms, or

Infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

For users in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
For users in the United States, they are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through our platform. Continued use of meringoo after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
