At meringoo, our goal is to ensure that your experience — from engagement to reward — feels seamless.
While meringoo facilitates community campaigns and redemptions, all physical products, hampers, and brand rewards are fulfilled directly by our partner brands.

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you redeem rewards or make brand-linked purchases through Meringoo.

  1. How Shipping Works

When you redeem a reward, coupon, or hamper from a brand on meringoo:

The brand partner is responsible for processing and dispatching your shipment.

Once your redemption is confirmed, your details are securely shared with the brand for fulfillment.

The brand will ship the item using its preferred logistics provider and send tracking details (if applicable).

You can view dispatch or tracking updates (if available) within your campaign history or via email.

  1. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Since meringoo works with multiple brands, delivery times may vary depending on:

The brand’s fulfillment schedule,

Product availability,

Delivery location, and

Courier partner operations.

Typical delivery timelines:

India: 5–10 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

Some brand partners may take longer for pre-order or limited edition items. Please refer to each campaign or reward description for specific timelines.

  1. Shipping Fees

Many rewards and redemptions include free shipping, as indicated on the campaign page.

In cases where shipping fees apply (e.g., international deliveries, special items), the fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your redemption.

meringoo does not charge or collect shipping fees directly — any fees are processed by the brand’s fulfillment system.

  1. Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery:

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during redemption.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Neither meringoo nor its brand partners will be responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address details.

If you need to update your address after redemption, contact support@meringoo.com
as soon as possible. We’ll try to coordinate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee edits once a shipment is in transit.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your reward is shipped:

You may receive a tracking link or courier reference number from the brand partner.

Tracking details can also be viewed via your Meringoo profile (if provided by the brand).

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days after redemption, reach out to the brand or contact itsmeringoo@gmail.com for help.

  1. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We understand that delays can be frustrating. While Meringoo doesn’t directly handle shipping, we’ll help you coordinate with the brand to resolve any issues.

If your package is:

Delayed: Wait 2–3 additional business days before reporting.

Lost: Contact itsmeringoo@gmail.com with your order and tracking details.

Damaged: Take photos and email them to itsmeringoo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll liaise with the brand partner to investigate and ensure a fair resolution.

  1. International Shipping

Some brands offer international shipping for certain campaigns.
If you’re redeeming from outside the brand’s home country:

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the recipient’s responsibility.

meringoo and its partner brands cannot control or predict these fees.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

All returns, replacements, or exchanges are subject to the brand partner’s policy.
meringoo does not manage physical product returns or refunds directly.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item:

Contact the brand directly using the details on the campaign or product page, or

Email itsmeringoo@gmail.com and we’ll help facilitate communication.

  1. Responsibility Disclaimer

meringoo serves as a technology and community platform connecting users and brands.
We do not manufacture, package, or ship items ourselves.
All logistics, delays, or damage claims are handled by brand partners and their respective carriers.

However, we’re committed to ensuring your community experience remains positive — and we’ll assist you wherever possible.
